Apple pie made by the kiddos

A new year and a leap year at that – having an extra day to enjoy! Here is a pic from my new phone camera that I love. Wow it is so convenient to have a decent camera in your pocket these days and the bonus having a video camera as well. This is what the kids got up to on New Years Day making apple pie with dough from scratch as well. A good thing to take on board this year is to try and make things from scratch and making more of an effort on everything that we do. I feel that is a fair resolution to live by and of course another resolution of mine is to be more organised… we will see, I cannot control chaos created by having two kids in the house 🙂
